DEI and Benefits: Focusing On Those in Need

If your company is looking to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, HR probably has a seat at the table. Even if you don’t have an entire department dedicated to benefits for LGBTQ+ employees, chances are you do have several programs designed to meet the needs of a diverse population. And chances are even higher you’d like to provide more.

Think outside the medical benefits, too. Your EAP likely has resources that offer guidance specific to this population — from financial counseling to mental health support.
