Over 25 years ago

We noticed HR had no help.

In 1993, our marketing and communications firm found itself thrust into an HR project. We were shocked at the complex language and lackluster layouts being used.

We looked around and said, “Boy, these folks could use some help!”

Today

One client alone has engaged us at six different companies.

Write On Target is a full-service HR and employee communications agency. We know how to simplify complex language and design engaging layouts that educate the increasingly diverse population of U.S. employees and retirees. And we’re passionate about making sure employees understand what HR is telling them.

In our business model, we don’t believe “bigger is better.” We’re selective in our client list so we can provide responsive, nimble service. Each client works year-round with a dedicated account lead, who has a team of strategists, writers, and designers to make sure every project is carefully and creatively produced.
