  • We streamlined the enrollment information to the decisions at hand, so the employees knew exactly where to focus.
  • A postcard was mailed home to kick off enrollment and engage spouses.
  • An educational webinar (with a plain-language script) explained the benefits and how to enroll.
  • An OE Newsletter with enrollment to do’s was emailed and linked to the larger Benefits Guide for details.
  • The Benefits Guide was turned into an online year-round piece and restructured to lead employees through “building their best benefits.”
  • A series of colorful emails were sent to employees at different phases of enrollment.
