With 460 locations and two distinct employee populations, ABRH wanted to introduce new technology and overhaul HR communications to simplify the enrollment process.

Solution

We developed a simple and fresh enrollment campaign with several communications pieces that generated interest in Open Enrollment and the new ALEX decision-support tool.

  • We simplified and refreshed ABRH’s communications, especially their online guide. The information was easy to understand and meaningful to all team members — wait staff, food crew, bakery staff, support center, and management.
  • The Benefits Guide presented need-to-know information and linked to the decision tools. It also matched the flow of the enrollment system. They went from two 45-page documents to one 20-page guide for all employees.
  • We developed an email template for the client’s internal use to maintain continuity for the campaign.
