Women of the Workforce, We’re with You!

As you climb the proverbial ladder in the HR profession, you’ll see mostly women — 70% of “HR workers” are women, according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics.

What you will not see is equal pay. The men you meet on that ladder are making 25% more than the women.

For all professions, the climb is lonely if you’re looking for other women. In S&P 500 companies, only 5% of CEOs are women. Boards of directors are still 75% men. And only 26% of senior-level managers are women.

Things are slowly changing, though. There’s one day on the calendar that can give us another push, and that’s March 8.

As a women-owned and -operated company, we’re passionate about empowering women in the workforce. We’re lucky to work with some remarkable, empowered women in HR and communications. Some of them joined us in our #EachforEqual photo opp. If you’re lucky like we are, show extra appreciation and respect for your women colleagues on March 8.

An equal world is an enabled world.
